How is my unit delivered?
Each Skelp unit is fully prefabricated in our workshop, under controlled conditions and according to the highest quality standards. After finishing, the unit is carefully loaded onto a truck and brought to your site. Using a HIAB, telehandler, or crane, the unit is placed in the correct location. If necessary, we can even lift over hedges or buildings. For locations with very limited access, it is also possible to assemble the unit on-site. For this, we provide a customized price estimate after a site visit.
Transport and installation
The costs for delivery and installation depend on the accessibility of the location. For a standard installation (truck, telehandler, or crane, and assembly by the Skelp team), you can expect a guideline price starting from €2,100 excluding VAT. If additional provisions are necessary, such as a crane for hard-to-reach places, driving plates, or extra machines, this may increase the total cost. Any overnight stays, overtime, or additional expenses for the team will also be included in the delivery and installation cost.
What exactly are you building?
We design and build modular, movable living spaces for living, working, and staying. Think of garden offices, compact living units, cabins, or pool houses — each architecturally developed, finished to a high standard, and tailored to the context. Skelp begins with a fixed modular system, but each project is approached content-wise and spatially customized.
