About
Sustainability is the foundation of Skelp. We design compact, portable living spaces that efficiently use space, materials, and energy. By building on a reusable steel frame and working with high insulation values, we extend the lifespan of each unit and minimize the impact on the environment.
For the finishing, we choose sustainable, low-maintenance materials such as charred wood or thermally treated wood, which age beautifully and fit into a sober, timeless architecture. The identity of Skelp is consciously present in a discreet way: the logo is engraved into the steel frame and thus becomes an integral part of the construction, not as an addition but as a part of the whole.
